Don holds a JD from Columbia University School of Law, practices intellectual property (“IP”), strategic and management consulting, and has extensive knowledge and experience in the strategic use of IP as a business asset in support of products, services, commercialization, licensing, assertion, valuation, compliance, analytics, processes, benchmarking and best practices in Fortune 500 companies. Don also has deep experience in investment banking, venture capital financing, and business and securities transactions.
Dave Crawford is a Managing Director at Commercial Strategy and leads the client work effort. Dave holds an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth, practices IP, strategic, and business consulting, and has ten years experience in strategic planning, strategy development, and business process development for major companies including GE, 3M, Kodak and P&G. In the last three years, Dave has led over 40 client projects and has considerable expertise and knowledge in IP Strategy, IP commercialization, IP analytics, and IP process development.
Matthew O’Hara is a Manager at Commercial Strategy and manages and supports the Commercial Strategy work effort. Matt holds an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth, practices IP, new product development and strategic consulting, and has seven years experience in product portfolio planning, product introduction/launch strategies, and strategy development for several global companies including DaimlerChrysler, Abbott Labs and Nokia. Prior to joining Commercial Strategy, Matt led client projects focusing on new product development, research and development planning, and product pipeline valuation.
